Bookings

A booking is confirmed once accepted by us over call or WhatsApp. Fixed fares (airport and point-to-point transfers) are confirmed at the time of booking. Package tours are quote-based — the price is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before the booking is finalized, since package rates vary with season, demand and vehicle availability.

Fares & Payment

Trip fares are payable to the driver at the end of the trip unless otherwise agreed. For multi-day or package tours, an advance may be requested to confirm the vehicle and driver for your dates.

Vehicle Condition

All vehicles are maintained, insured, and permitted for commercial passenger transport as required under applicable Goa transport regulations.

Passenger Conduct

Drivers may decline to carry passengers who are abusive, endanger the vehicle or driver, or attempt to exceed the vehicle's stated seating capacity.

Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control — traffic, weather, road closures, or flight/train delays — though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate and adjust.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
