Airport & Point-to-Point Transfers

• Cancellations made more than 2 hours before pickup: no charge
• Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup: a partial charge may apply to cover driver dispatch
• No-shows (driver arrives, passenger doesn't): full fare may be charged

Package Tours & Multi-Day Bookings

Since package tours are confirmed against a quoted price and a vehicle is blocked for your dates, cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start may be subject to a cancellation charge, and any advance paid may be partially non-refundable. Contact us directly to discuss specific circumstances.

Group & Event Bookings

Multi-vehicle bookings for weddings and events involve advance planning across several vehicles. Cancellation terms for these are confirmed individually at the time of booking.
